  • Since 2018, I have been self-employed as an academy director in further education. Since 2025, I have been leading "Light in Life by Carolin Suer," which focuses on the combination of meditation and empowerment for Twin Flames.

  • As a certified Meditation and EFT Coach, I support my clients in calming their minds, transforming limiting beliefs, and releasing emotional blockages. With EFT, I harmonize the energy system and enhance focus as well as inner well-being.

  • In my training as a Zen Meditation Instructor, I learned to apply and teach Zen meditation techniques to help individuals achieve inner calm and mindful awareness in their daily lives.

  • Extensive experience in leading sports courses for children and adults, which I continuously offer to promote health and well-being.

  • Certification as an exercise instructor and ongoing education to keep my knowledge up to date and offer a wide range of movement and relaxation courses..

  • Completed the trainer certification exam according to the AEVO, which qualifies me to support young people in their professional development in a practical and competent manner.

  • Successfully completed studies in International Management with a focus on Human Resources, providing me with solid knowledge in employee leadership, organization, and intercultural communication.

  • Back then, I already felt how much I loved writing, but I didn’t yet know where it would take me. Today, it is my books and my written guidance that have emerged from this passion.
